1.Vendor Relationship Management oDevelop and sustain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with company objectives. oAct as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related activities, including addressing concerns and resolving issues. oMaintain regular communication with vendors to foster collaboration and ensure service quality. 2.Contract Administration oReview, negotiate, and finalize vendor agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. oManage the lifecycle of vendor contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. oEnsure all contracts are up-to-date, properly documented, and aligned with organizational goals. 3.Invoice Verification and Payment Approval oCross-check incoming invoices against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contractual terms to ensure accuracy. oResolve discrepancies in invoices by liaising with vendors and internal teams. oApprove verified invoices for payment while adhering to financial policies and timelines. 4.Performance Monitoring oEstablish performance metrics for vendors and assess their compliance with contractual obligations. oConduct periodic evaluations of vendor performance and suggest improvements where necessary. oImplement corrective actions for underperforming vendors or escalate issues as needed. 5.Vendor Selection and Onboarding oResearch potential vendors based on quality, pricing, and service capabilities. oFacilitate the onboarding process for new vendors by ensuring they meet company standards and expectations. oDevelop vendor selection programs to secure the best partners for service delivery. 6.Risk and Compliance Management oMonitor vendor activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. oMitigate risks by conducting due diligence during vendor selection and ensuring data confidentiality in agreements. 7.Reporting and Documentation oMaintain accurate records of all vendor interactions, contracts, invoices, and performance evaluations. oPrepare regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and compliance metrics for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining good relationships. Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis, invoice validation, and performance monitoring. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple vendors simultaneously. Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically while maintaining professional relationships.

Experience in staffing or consulting industries is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros). Familiarity with program/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
