The team liaisons with various teams across the organization to run the marketplace operations as well as drive critical projects as Myntra shifts to a marketplace centric approach. Job Description
• Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and analyze seller performance data.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and MIS reports to track key metrics such as SLA breaches, speed, quality, and seller tiering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SCM, Category, Tech) to identify data-driven insights and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor real-time performance indicators and proactively flag anomalies or trends impacting seller experience and customer satisfaction.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing deep-dive analyses and actionable recommendations to improve marketplace efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders across business and leadership teams.
• Support ad hoc system configurations that impact delivery promise orchestration and customer experience.
