We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around onboarding processes, service now ticket management, data compliance, policy alignment, employee relations, and HR metrics and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation, as well as conducting background screenings, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of data privacy measures and procedures.
Ensure alignment between HR policies and procedures and overall company objectives.
Provide administrative support to the HR teams.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding concerns, and grievances utilizing the Service Now ticketing system to manage HR-related inquiries, requests, and escalations effectively and in a timely manner.
Monitor ticket queues, prioritize tasks, and ensure resolutions align with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
