Skills and Experience We Desire
• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years focused on technical/engineering hiring in a fast-paced technology or product company.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineers, embedded systems developers, DevOps, cloud engineers, QA, and architects.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in highly competitive talent markets.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and candidate care.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing automation tools, etc.).
