• Install, configure, and manage customer Software licenses e.g., AutoCAD, Ansys, COMSOL in License Servers • Handling license manager tool (server based) and broadcasting it to facilitate access (of license) to end users via Application Managers. • Set up accounts and virtual workstations necessary for the license run team. • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. • Troubleshoot issues and outages. • Ensure security through access controls. • Upgrade License servers with new releases and models. • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation (SOP) and manuals. • Coordinate and collaborate with technical services team members to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of organizational servers to meet business demands. • Capture and publish all license usage reports in a standardized format as per client’s requirements. • Report deviations between available license and used license. • Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills • Good communication, Vendor and customer coordination activities
