Key Responsibilities
1. Process & Governance Support
Support implementation of standard PMO processes, templates, and best practices
Ensure process adherence across projects and teams
Assist in improving process efficiency and consistency
2. Project Tracking & Monitoring
Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Monitor timelines and resource utilization
Highlight delays, risks, and deviations proactively
3. Interview & Resource Tracking
Maintain interview pipeline tracker
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR on status updates
Provide periodic reports on hiring progress and gaps
4. Reporting & Dashboards
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for:
Project status
Resource utilization
KPI tracking
Generate weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
Provide insights on trends, risks, and performance metrics
5. Documentation Management
Maintain project artifacts such as:
Status reports
SOPs
Meeting minutes
Ensure centralized and up-to-date documentation repository
6. Jira & Tool Management
Manage and update Jira boards:
Track user stories, tasks, and defects
Support sprint tracking and backlog updates
Ensure data accuracy for reporting and dashboards
7. Stakeholder Coordination
Support status meetings, governance calls, and reporting cycles
Coordinate across teams to gather updates and inputs
Ensure clear and timely communication of project status
