Lead and manage the testing team across multiple projects.

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, or similar.
•
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automation testing. Demonstrate ability to self-learn and apply advanced features of the framework to optimize test scripts and improve execution efficiency. Actively exploring best practices and advanced capabilities to enhance automation coverage and maintainability.
•
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for both manual and automated testing.
•
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
•
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
•
Hands on JIRA use - Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly.
•
Ensure timely execution of test cases and reporting of test results.
•
Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in testing and automation.
•
Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
•
Manage test planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
•
Track and report test metrics and quality indicators to stakeholders.
•
Ensure adherence to test management processes and compliance standards.
•
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies – documentation on Confluence
Required Skills and Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•
7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
•
Strong hands-on experience in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
•
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Good to have
•
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
•
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•
Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
•
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
•
Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
•
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
