o Develop and refine end-to-end strategies to improve KPIs: acquisition, activation, usage, spend per active, retention, cross-/up-sell, attrition reduction, credit losses, and ROI.
o Diagnose performance drivers and recommend segment-level interventions by lifecycle stage.

o Design journeys for onboarding, early engagement, habituation, maturation, retention/win-back; define treatments and test plans (A/B and multivariate).
o Identify friction points and opportunities to accelerate first-use, repeat use, and long-term engagement across digital and partner/merchant channels.

o Translate portfolio objectives into campaign strategies: offer constructs, eligibility, targeting rules, suppression logic, and measurement frameworks.

Drive discovery, design and development of digital journeys, by leveraging design principles and HCD approachCommunicate visually through storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and concepts.
Work on topics that are complex in scale and scope, intellectually demanding, and deadline driven.
Assess the current mobile app experience, identify gaps, and define enhancements that improve conversion, reduce friction, and meet regulatory and accessibility standards.
