Job Title: AI/LLM Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP algorithms to build, fine-tune, and deploy AI-driven text-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning transformers, and deploying language models in production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Daimler’s Businesses and Enabling Areas to support key business functions
• Contribute to storyboarding our results, support recommendations for an executive-level audience and produce leadership-quality deliverables
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, BERT, etc.) for various applications.
• Optimize language models for efficiency and scalability.
• Work with embeddings, tokenization, and vector databases for search and retrieval tasks.
• Implement and fine-tune text-based models for sentiment analysis, chatbots, summarization, and translation.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI models into applications.
• Ensure AI models comply with ethical and responsible AI guidelines - GDPR.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience with NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, OpenAI API).
• Expertise in fine-tuning transformers and working with LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Others).
• Experience with deployment techniques (quantization, model distillation).
• Familiarity with MLOps for managing AI workflows.
• Should have the experience of building and deploying at least 1 use case into production

Ensure the quality of deliverables by writing automated test cases and manage the configuration management of the APIs in GitHub aligning with all naming conventions and best practices. Knowledge of AccelQ or similar automation test tool is a plus.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or process improvement role, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company
