Data Mapping and Transformation: Ability to map and transform data from legacy systems to the new CX platform.
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Proficiency - Creating Bulk Upload Files
Data Quality Management: Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency during migration.
Integration Skills: Experience with integrating CX systems with other enterprise applications.
