Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience in developing and supporting CPI solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Extensive experience providing production support and ongoing maintenance for real-time and batch integrations between SAP S/4HANA and external applications
• Strong experience troubleshooting CPI iFlows involving OData services, including intermittent service failures and high-volume transactional payloads
• Experience monitoring and analysing Message Processing Logs for failed interfaces, performing message reprocessing, and driving timely issue resolution
• Hands-on experience working with CPI adapters including OData HTTPS SFTP AMQP Doc SOAP
• Experience in payload-level troubleshooting using XML/JSON and implementing corrective logic using Groovy scripting
• Experience developing and implementing integration-level error handling mechanisms, retry logic, and exception subprocesses to improve interface resiliency
• Experience working with SAP Event Mesh for asynchronous, event-driven integration scenarios between SAP S/4HANA and external systems
• Experience supporting integrations across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle between SAP S/4HANA and external platforms such as eCommerce, WMS, and Kafka-based messaging systems
• Proactive in identifying integration failures, independently analysing root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes to prevent recurrence
• Experience in troubleshooting, resolution, and continuous improvement of integration performance and stability
• Self-driven and continuous learner with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving integration technologies and support requirements
• Experience implementing and deploying integration artifacts through SAP Cloud Transport Management Service (CTMS)
• Experience maintaining integration documentation and supporting change management activities across system landscapes
