Key Responsibilities
The Senior Executive - Operations will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following core duties:
• Operational Execution:
o Thoroughly understand and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in detail and within stipulated timelines.
o Assure smooth process follow-up and end-to-end execution for the related Operations function.
o Payments Success Rate and Refunds handling.
o Identify and highlight any operation-related issues promptly to mitigate potential business impact.
• SLA and Target Achievement:
o Ensure all operational targets and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Data Handling and Reporting:
o Accurately maintain data and utilize data and insights to communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
o Demonstrate the ability to handle large datasets, ensuring error-free validation and reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
o Maintain seamless liaison and continuous communication with External Clients and internal teams, including Engineering, Product, Business, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support.
• Fund Flow Management:
o Ensure a daily fund flow mechanism is in place for the smooth processing of refunds and settlements.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
