The Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining Local IT Infra, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • To take overall responsibility of Data Centre & Infrastructure operations and ensure that appropriate controls are implemented (DTAG Projects) • Lead in the planning, development, and enhancement of the Infrastructure servers within overall business planning. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components. • Co-ordinate, Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues and provide technical support to users / Business. • Define and document best practices and support procedures. • IT Lifecycle management (System troubleshoot, fix issues and managed deskside support) • Ownership of complete Infrastructure Asset life cycle management ensuring all device records are updated in IT Shop • Liaise with Daimler Truck central teams like IT SHOP, SCCM etc on onboarding\modification of new services & devices • Support for conducting Trainings and end user education on new tool rollout and implementations. • Print Service Management including basic troubleshooting and co-ordination with Daimler Central team or OEM on need basis. • Participates in strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing of IT initiatives. • Maintain expert knowledge on all applications and its use on systems for various critical systems. • Provide technical support for Power BI Desktop users • Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI-related issues • Assist in creating and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards Skills & Experience • Minimum of 5+ years of working on Infrastructure Projects (Servers Implementation, Data Center Infrastructure migration, Identity & Access Management) • 2+ years of experience with Power BI Desktop • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred. • Proven track record of successfully building, developing and managing Infrastructure (Servers, Business Applications, Infra Hardware, Storage, Backup) Support in a large enterprise environment. • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server operating environments • Working knowledge of Project Management, Infrastructure Migration projects and Vendor Management skills • Have strong communication skills, vendor co-ordination and Business stakeholders management. • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills • Customer-oriented attitude • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently

Job Description

Primary Skill: SAP PI/PO Consultant Experience: 4-6 years of experience in SAP PO / PI Required • 4-6 years of experience in SAP PI 7.4/7.5 with two End-to-End Implementations. • Understands S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver architecture, functions and related business processes, systems configuration, enhancements. • Strong hands on PO integration and middleware tools; experience in connecting PI to both SAP and multiple NON-SAP systems. • Exposure to Cloud Computing applications as applicable. • Hands on experience with PI/PO integration technologies in the following areas: o Service Repository and Integration Directory o Data mappings, XSLT mappings, EDI and XML communications, Proxies, interface definitions, and XSDs; o Configuration and implementation of PI/PO adapter types (IDoc, RFC, JDBC, File, SOAP, WS, JMS, HTTP, REST and Proxy); o Configuration, design, development, Message monitoring; adapter logs, adapter engine status, communication channels etc. o Java exposure, working knowledge of REST adapter. • Should develop/configure the SLD, ESR, ID, EDI & web services objects by following the standard naming conventions under design guidelines • Should have experience on Graphical Mapping along with UDF, JAVA Mapping & XSLT Mapping • Should have experience in Alert Configuration and experience in ALE/EDI/IDOCs Area • Experience in managing a complex cross system integration SAP landscape/environment that supports core business functions (e.g. finance, procurement, customer relationship management) in accordance with SAP and industry best practices. • Should have exposure to good Troubleshooting knowledge in Mapping and Adapters connectivity issues • Should have possess good unit Testing and UAT exposure. • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills • Must be flexible to work in shifts (non-standard) to provide global coverage to the customer as needed Good to have • Knowledge/Hands-on in SAP CPI, AIF • Experience in all SAP functional modules • Experience in B2B Addon Adapters • Experience in CCBPM, NWBPM and NWBRM scenarios • Experience in Standard/Custom Adapter Module Beans • Experience in PI Migration from Dual to single stack Qualifications Certification in SAP PO/PI will be added advantage.
