About the role:
Access Service Request (ASR) experience. Able to use LEC web tools. Understand all ASR ordering requirements. Able to translate transport requests into ASR submissions. Knowledge of VOIP network circuit configurations.
Description:
Proficient in Basic Telecom concepts.
Good knowledge of POI Architecture building and voice traffic planning.
Good Knowledge of Vendor orders ASR writings and Design.
Responsible for Various work functions in support of the Network Provisioning team.
Designing and augmenting DS1 circuitry for existing/NEW POI Connectivity and Coordinating Circuit Installation between Vendor and Operation teams.
Managing the order process encompasses order tracking, validating engineering, documenting, and publishing daily reports. Maintain circuit inventory in XNG Client/Granite database. Issue ASRs to LEC using LEC web tools. Process all ASRs, provide FOCs and DLRs, and complete the ASR process.
Ability to analyze and understand the issue to provide timely feedback or solutions.
Good Communication Skills: Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives Ability to communicate with various stakeholders and drive the project to completion.
Microsoft Skills. – Excel with Pivot tables, Formulas, VBA Coding.

Design, deploy, and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes best practices.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for consistent and scalable application deployments across environments.
• Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD to automate and manage application delivery.
• Integrate KEDA (Kubernetes Event-driven Autoscaling) to optimize resource usage based on real-time metrics and event triggers.
• Architect and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Retail and ECHO applications, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM templates, and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Implement and manage observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus for proactive monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business and application goals.
• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes within the DevOps lifecycle.
• Handle environment management, including provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle optimization.
• Ensure robust security practices, vulnerability management, and compliance across CI/CD and infrastructure.
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.

Responsibilities
10+ years in technology with strong DevOps and cloud experience
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, particularly in Azure and Containerization. This includes knowledge of AKS, virtual machines, load balancers, databases, storage, networking, and security
• Broad development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python)
• Strong relational database experience using MS SQL Server Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS or similar BI development and reporting tools
• Broad experience contributing and collaborating to assist design, plan, implement, maintain, and document services and solutions
• Strong competency in software development tools (e.g. Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Dev Tools)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrable knowledge in the application of modern Service Delivery methods - Site Reliability Engineering to traditional ITIL and understanding of Product Based delivery
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
• Understanding security best practices in the cloud and being able to implement security controls such as network security groups, firewalls, and identity and access management
• Experience with the following:
• Infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
• Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jenkins or GitLab
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and be able to manage container orchestration in the cloud
