The Associate online visual designer is responsible for creating design assets to optimize product content for Lowe’s PDP. The role ensures consistent, repeatable design execution while aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
This role requires strong foundational skills in visual design, layout, color, and composition, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
The Associate online visual designer is expected to be detail-oriented, collaborative, and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and emerging design trends, including AI-driven creative solutions. By supporting team deliverables and contributing to day-to-day production needs, the Associate Designer plays a key role in delivering high-quality digital content that supports Lowe’s e-commerce growth and customer engagement.
Job Description
• Create and edit high-quality digital images for digital and marketing use, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.
• Edit video content including promos, ads, and long-format videos using Adobe Premiere Pro; support basic motion graphics requirements.
• Support design execution in Figma, including layouts, visual components, and design updates as per creative briefs.
• Assist in pre-production and post-production workflows, including multi-camera video sync, resolution management, and format optimization.
• Apply working knowledge of typography, color theory, color correction, and visual composition across image and video assets.
• Upload, organize, and manage creative assets on designated internal platforms or DAM systems, following naming conventions and metadata standards.
• Prepare presentations and creative decks with raw ideas, references, and initial concepts for internal reviews.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of creative outputs across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with designers, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Continuously improve skills by learning new tools, shortcuts, workflows, and emerging digital design trends.
Years of Experience:
2+ Years in any E-commerce, creative design, UX UI, Product Design related field
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
• Graduate in any Visual Design, Fine arts, UI/UX Design, Product Design.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Certification in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Preference will be given to candidates with certification in website design for E-commerce/retail industries.
Skills required:
• Strong E-commerce, online/omnichannel retail experience
• Good Communication Skills
• A portfolio that demonstrates photography, editing, and design capabilities
