Job Summary
As a Keystone Deal Navigator at NetApp, you will work intensively to help sales teams navigate the processes to present our Storage-as-a-Service offering to customers.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the deal lifecycle from deal qualification to order execution.
• Guide sales teams in the deal flow process and ensure smooth handoffs to Order Management, Finance and Project Management.
• Participate in the preparation and organization of opportunity reviews, identifying and recording key elements of business opportunities.
• Manage Order Forms from creation till submission for signature.
• Assist Keystone team when required, including activity recording and updating the status of each deals using NetApp’s reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product, Tax, and Legal) to ensure all deals align with corporate strategies and guidelines.
• Facilitate Compliance and business approvals, contracting, pricing/discount management and reporting.
• Review processes and propose recommendation for improvement.
Requirements
• University education or equivalent
• 6-8 years of work experience in the technology sector, in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar functions.
• Experience in operational execution and cross-functional team approach in implementing programs and supporting business practices to facilitate the entire Deal lifecycle.
• Highly organized and strong attention to details.
• Ability to work both independently and on a cross-functional, highly functioning team.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and task simultaneously, and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End of Quarter.
• A confident communicator to all levels of the business with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen: the ability to discern a strong commercial outcome from a weak one.
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Office 365 (MS Teams and SharePoint experience preferred)
• Able to travel when required (A limited amount of travel for face-to-face meetings may be required)

• Flexibility with Shift - APAC (6am – 3pm); EMEA (2 -11pm); AMER (10pm – 7am)

Bachelors, masters or engineering degree in computer science, information technology, software, or a related field is preferred. Extensive experience in Power BI development and administration. Technical skills: Proficiency in Power Bi Report Server, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX and data gateway management. Strong experience in setting up new environments including creating the workspaces, configuring data gateways, and setup of user access across the folders and dashboards. Strong experience in migrating the report and dashboard to new environment Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Ability to create visually compelling reports and dashboards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders in a global environment. Certification in Power BI or related technologies is a plus.
