Job Summary
The Senior Associate in the JBoss EAP/WebSphere Admin plays an important role in installation, configuration, and manage of the JBoss EAP and WebSphere application servers to deploy and run Java EE applications. His responsibilities include performance optimization, security implementation, ensuring system integrity, troubleshooting, system patching, and providing support. They also work with developers on application deployments, build automation scripts and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, configure, and manage JBoss EAP and IBM WebSphere Application Server across development, testing, quality assurance, and production environments.
· Deploy enterprise applications using administrative consoles and scripting.
· Monitor system performance, analyze logs etc.
· Optimize the performance and tune servers for optimal availability, scalability, and efficiency.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the application servers, ensuring high availability.
· Implementing security measures and ensuring system integrity.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy applications.
