As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end design and modernization of integration flows, moving from existing PRISM/SAP RFC and S/4 CPI connections to a unified IBM ACE/MQ middleware layer.
- Act as the lead developer for complex integration logic, mapping, and message routing using ESQL, Java, or graphical mapping in IBM ACE
- Expert-level proficiency in IBM ACE (v11/12) and IBM MQ
- Deep experience with SAP RFC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP CPI (BTP Integration Suite)
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM Integration Bus.
- Strong understanding of middleware architecture and message queuing systems.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize message broker environments.
- Experience in managing and configuring enterprise messaging systems to support business applications.
- Familiarity with system performance tuning and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
