Functional Safety Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Embedded C/C++ and Automotive Software Development. The candidate should have good knowledge of embedded software/hardware in the automotive domain and system safety engineering practices. Experience with Functional Safety, ISO 26262, ISO 21448, AUTOSAR and automotive development tools is preferred/required as specified in the JD.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and validate safety mechanisms as per ISO 26262 requirements for ASIL A/B/C/D. Work on safety requirements and validation plans; understand/construct Safety Goals, Item Definitions and Functional Safety Concepts; work with system engineers to develop and document module-level functional safety requirements; perform unit, integration and functional testing; analyze and fix MISRA/CERT issues reported by static analysis tools.
