Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Google Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking, feed errors, policy compliance, and campaign setup. Provide technical guidance for website integration with Google Ads, leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Support technical aspects of mobile and video advertising, including video creation/loading and mobile app integration. Leverage DBMS (SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL) knowledge to analyze data and troubleshoot reporting issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intricate technical challenges and share best practices. Maintain deep product knowledge of Google Ad Manager platform functionalities and evolving features. Proactively identify and escalate opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains. Solve user issues using innovative techniques, conduct root cause analyses, and streamline processes. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly, building strong client relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
