We are hiring a Coupa Techno-Functional Architect to design, implement, and optimize Coupa Procurement solutions. Configure and manage Coupa features such as approval chains, punchouts, custom fields, requisition forms, user roles, dashboards, etc.
Lead operational tasks, audit reviews, Coupa Sandbox refreshes, and Release Management.
Conduct Coupa training sessions for internal teams and business stakeholders.
Drive supplier enablement and configure punchouts, support vendors with cXML and lead the UAT.
Manage Coupa support tickets and communicate resolution status to stakeholders.
Monitor Coupa product upgrades (3 per year), engage with the Coupa community, performance impact analysis, provide overview of the new features, and guide the business teams through upgrades.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, including automations, enhancements to existing features / integrations.
Generate ad-hoc reports to meet the business requirements.
