Participate in oncall rotation, incident resolution, rootcause analysis, and major incident escalation processes.
Support ServiceNow operational workflows including incident, work order, and change management.
Execute deployments, configuration updates, and platform maintenance aligned with UDP support guidelines.
Provide platform status communication and coordinate with tenant teams on outages, dependencies, and remediation.
Security, Compliance & Governance
Enforce platform governance standards including role management, access controls, passwordless authentication, masking rules, and audit readiness.
Work with Security and Governance teams to resolve vulnerabilities, perform compliance updates, and maintain data protection controls.
Support GSM, audit reviews, and risk assessments related to platform components and tenant solutions.
Tenant Collaboration & Onboarding
Assist tenant teams with onboarding, providing best practices, requirements intake, resource provisioning, and environment readiness.
Coordinate service account creation, integration setups, access provisioning, and platform connectivity support.
Ensure tenant deployments follow UDP standards for configuration, security, and operational quality.
