The role ensures secure, reliable, and compliant file transfer services for business-critical applications

In scope technologies
• File Transfer: IBM MFT / Globalscape, XFB Gateway, CFT, SecureTransport, Sentinel,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, configure, and maintain MFT platforms across DEV, QA, and PROD
• Design, implement, and support secure file transfer flows
• Administer transfer nodes, agents, schedules, and routing rules
• Monitor file transfers and ensure SLA and throughput compliance
• Investigate and resolve file transfer incidents (L2/L3)
• Manage onboarding of new applications and partners
