Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Projects Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing post-production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and enhancing Oracle PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Project Financials). This role involves analyzing business requirements, resolving support tickets within SLA, and providing expert advice on best practices within the Oracle Cloud PPM suite.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management & Support: Actively manage and resolve L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to Project Costing, Billing, Project Foundation, and Contracts within agreed SLA timelines.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex functional issues, including revenue recognition errors, billing failures, and cost distribution issues.
System Enhancement & Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion PPM applications to meet changing business requirements and perform minor enhancements.
Quarterly Release Management: Perform quarterly release validation testing, assess the impact of new Oracle Cloud features, and update configurations.
RICEW Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot Reports (OTBI/BIP), Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date functional design documents, test scripts, and knowledge base articles for support procedures.
User Support & Training: Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of PPM functionalities.
Integration Support: Monitor and support integrations with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, and Time & Labor.
