Job Summary
The Project Functional Business Analyst – Manufacturing is responsible for delivering the rollout of ResMed custom manufacturing applications to new site, with focus on Oracle , Manufacturing Platform Service (MSP), Non-Conformance Process (NCP) & K2 related applications. This role acts as a key liaison between manufacturing operations, Test Engineering teams, QA team to ensure that ResMed in house custom applications rollout are aligned with manufacturing requirements and global quality standards.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the analyst gathers and translates business needs into functional requirements, supports system configuration and testing to ensure manufacturing efficiency, traceability, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Business Requirement and Process Mapping
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Operations, Test Engineering, and Development teams to define application configurations and changes for the rollout of manufacturing custom applications (MSP), K2, and the integration of custom applications with Oracle at the new site.
• Support rollout/implementation of digital workflows for non-conformances and k2 related applications (such as CAPAs, change control, and temporary deviations) to new site.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, evaluate local process variations, and define configurations for MSP, NCP, and K2 applications, including their integration with Oracle, ensuring alignment with ResMed standards during rollout.
• Maintain & translate business needs into functional specifications documents, and Configuration documents for testing & implementation.
System Readiness & Deployment Support
• Support deployment of MSP configuration and related systems including Oracle work order management and requirement /printing configuration
• Collaborate with QA/Validation teams to ensure system readiness through documented requirements, test scripts, traceability matrices, and validation reports.
• Participate in formal testing phases (SIT, UAT) and assist with issue resolution and change impact assessment.
Change Management & Transition Support
• Contribute to the development of training materials and reference documentation.
• Support handover of global IT team post-go live.
• Capture lessons learned and recommended improvements to the site onboarding framework for future deployments.

• 8+ years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst supporting Oracle, custom manufacturing execution application or MES.
• Solid experience in system integration between Oracle ERP, MES, and K2 workflow platforms.
• Proven track record in end-to-end system implementations, rollouts, and factory deployments within manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, work order execution, and equipment/material traceability.
• Hands-on experience supporting quality processes such as NCs, CAPAs, and change management.
• Fast learner and with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across global project teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Oracle MES).
• Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
• Prior experience in greenfield or multi-site rollout programs.
• Agile or hybrid project delivery exposure; Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.
