You will be involved in the company’s strategic projects.
· You will define the project’s execution plans (organization, planning), the project’s management strategies (sizing of the necessary internal/external human resources) and the financial elements to meet the given mandate.
· You will supervise the preparation of investment files and validate them at management level. Obtain investment authorizations from the Group's authorities (Investment Advisory Committee, etc.).
· Supervise, coordinate, organize the governance, reporting and prioritization of all project activities and disciplines, from the design phase to commissioning.
· Supervise the negotiation strategies and negotiate with lead buyers the service contracts and/or supplies of materials necessary for the project.
· Oversee the financial management, risk management and risk mitigation plan of the projects.
· Manage the transition/transformation of organizations impacted by the project (org.chart, training, skills, roles and missions, recruitment, etc.).
· Identify avenues for financial optimization (OPEX/CAPEX) and planning.
· Design solutions that integrate elements of internal and/or external benchmarks and that fit into existing processes.
· Lead project management and monitoring by organizing preparations and associated reporting.
· Regularly inform the project team and/or stakeholders of the decisions and directions taken within the framework of the project steering bodies and ensure their integration into the management of the project.
· Alert the steering committee on risks or deviations from the project and validate the recovery plans when this falls outside the defined framework (scheduling, budget).
· Implement project reporting tools and indicators and ensure that the project management information systems are updated regularly.
· Lead the project team, carry out annual interviews and develop the skills of people reporting to them hierarchically.
Qualifications:
· You hold a Master’s degree ideally in computer science, engineering, process management, or a related field.
Experience:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in IT programme management with international dimension.
· Strong culture of international company, in transversal Roles
