Robotic Process Automation - Workfusion ● Hands-on experience with COPADO Robotic Testing (CRT). ● Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, custom apps). ● Experience with automation frameworks, UI testing, and browser automation. ● Understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices. ● Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST, SOAP) is a plus. ● Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Good analytical skills, debugging ability, and attention to detail. ● Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using COPADO Robotic Testing (CRT). ● Well-versed in using, implementing, and creating custom Keywords in CRT. ● Perform functional, regression, UI, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce and integrated applications. ● Create test scenarios, test data, and reusable automation components. ● Integrate CRT automation with Copado CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment processes. ● Identify testing gaps and propose improvements for automation coverage. ● Analyze test failures, debug issues, and collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve defects. ● Work with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. ● Prepare test summary reports, maintain test documentation, and ensure best practices in automation frameworks. ● Participate in continuous improvement activities for automation strategy and DevOps maturity.
