Architecture & Solution Design
Architect and implement MDM solutions in Semarchy MDM for Business Partner, Product domains and associated reference data
Define data models, data quality rules, matching rules, hierarchies and stewardship workflows.
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Implementation & Delivery
Lead the configuration and deployment of Semarchy MDM including data ingestion, cleansing, enrichment, and publishing.
Collaborate with business analysts and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee data migration from legacy systems and ensure high data quality.
Integration & Governance
Integrate MDM with other systems including CRM, ERP, and external portals.
Establish data governance frameworks, stewardship roles, and audit trails.
Enable API-based data access for real-time partner validation and onboarding.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and business teams to gather and analyze security requirements.
Evaluate and document current cloud security controls and IAM processes across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
Conduct gap analysis against NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST 800-53, and other relevant standards.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for cloud security and IAM solutions.
Support the development and implementation of cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in risk assessments, threat moseling, and security posture evaluations for cloud-hosted applications.
Assist in project management deliverables on scoping, planning, executing, monitoring and reporting.
Work with IAM teams to improve access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM).
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and auditors.
Monitor regulatory and compliance changes and assess their impact on cloud security strategies.

Optimize data processing performance and implement best practices for data engineering in cloud environments.
Work in Agile development environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous integration and delivery cycles.
Good understanding of retail or consumer business process will be a plus
Experience in working in Agile project development
