1. Configuring and customize on multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.
2. Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
3. Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
4. Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
5. Expertise on Incident Management - Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA Management.
6. Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds
7. Change Management.
8. Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.
9. Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.
10. Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language
11. Integrations: Hands on experience with APIs , REST, SOAP, Scripted REST API, MID Server Integration, and expertise on using Integration Hub.
12. ITOM Implementation and Configuration.
13. Discovery Configuration: Manage and Maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
14. Expert in Service Mapping who can understand the relationships between applications, servers, and infrastructure components.
15. Experience on Cloud Discovery such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
16. Event Management to integrate with monitoring tools for real-time monitoring.
17. Orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Atlassian Jira / Confluence environment. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
