• Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems including SuccessFactors, Coupa, SailPoint, Active Directory, and email gateways
• Leverage IntegrationHub (spoke development, flow design), REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Scripted Web Services to enable secure, scalable data exchange
• Develop and optimize bidirectional data flows supporting CMDB, HRSD, IRM, and ITSM modules
• Implement authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and certificate-based authentication
