Job Description

Should allow the EM to edit and populate the description. • Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics to support business decision-making processes. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Tableau solutions. • Integrate Tableau with various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization. • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting of Tableau solutions to ensure data integrity and performance. • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tableau usage and best practices. • Stay current with Tableau features and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing processes and solutions. • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless data flow and integration. Skillsets required: • At least 3-5 years of experience in data visualization • Experience in BI development with a strong focus on Tableau. • Advanced wireframe development skills • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration from multiple sources. • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Good business writing skills, written & oral communication skills Education: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. • Master’s degree is a plus (reputed institutes preferred): o MBA (Good to have)
