Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Atlassian Jira / Confluence environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide user support, training, and documentation for teams using Jira.

Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Jira SaaS Software with experience managing both team-managed and company-managed projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud) are a plus.
