The EPM Lead owns the end-to-end service delivery, platform stability, and continuous improvement of an Oracle EPM Cloud landscape in an operate/managed services model—with primary depth in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and leadership across an EPM team supporting FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) and PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service). This role leads day-to-day operations, governs releases and enhancements, and serves as the primary stakeholder interface for Finance and IT.

The Application Manager shall knowledge on the below listed Services: • Familiar with Novartis Process • Application ServiceNOW (SNOW) on-boarding and SNOW ticket status review. • Coordination with business, 3rd party Supplier and other teams. • Oversee if the application is running smoothly and users are able to access and make use of the application. • Operations weekly and monthly Service review meeting. • Application compliance issue handling and coordination. • SNOW vulnerabilities need monitoring action and co-ordinate with vendors for remediations. • Change Request coordination with Novartis QA and GXP project with QA and eCompliance teams. • Perform user access review. • Updates to Operational handbook and other documents as required. • Business and team meetings. ****
