Job Description: Source to Pay Deployment Manager – EMEIA Background The Source to Pay (S2P) team is a key part of Procurement Enablement’s service portfolio and strategy. The S2P team purpose is to enable CBS functions, Service Lines, Accounts Payable and Procurement to deliver a standardized and leverageable end-to-end support model for all S2P activities from inception, through deployment and into BAU operational management. The S2P team is split into S2P Transformation (leading the S2P deployments) and S2P Operations (managing business as usual) Job Purpose: The S2P deployment manager EMEIA will be responsible for the SAP SRM deployment in the EMEIA region as per Program Mercury deployment plan. As a S2P SRM Regional Deployment Manager you will work at the intersection of the Mercury Deployment Team, Mercury Area Team, Global Procurement function, and the Regional stakeholders to help lead the successful deployment of SAP SRM tools and processes. You will be dealing with senior stakeholders (Business and Finance) and advising them on how best to implement the SAP SRM systems utilising your credibility and experience to do so. Deliverables • The S2P deployment manager EMEIA will follow the S2P deployment playbook and work in accordance with the Program Mercury implementation phases (Initiate, Adapt, Integrate, Implement) and timelines to: • Identify stakeholders impacted by each deployment and act as Procurement Subject Matter Representative to influence business change and ensure a smooth transition to Mercury • Participate in Mercury Process Alignment Workshops, Deep Dives and any other ongoing Program Mercury meetings related to S2P, act as a Procurement S2P SMR in support of the country deployment • Define Purchase Orders roll-out strategy: analyse spend and profile suppliers to facilitate PO scope alignment considering any current PO tools and processes (Categories planning, buying channels proposed and requirements readiness) and align- collaborate with EY sourcing manager for respective spend category • Assist and influence the business with defining S2P Requesting strategy • Ensure user and stakeholder readiness with effective communication and training • Work in collaboration with S2P Operations to prepare SRM for deployment: ensure contracts are setup in Ariba Sourcing & Contracts, identify catalogs, enable suppliers in Ariba Network (AN), review PO T&Cs, submit all applicable region Procurement local configuration templates per Program Mercury timelines. • Deliver end user training • Validate system readiness by participating in Mercury testing • Provide hands on support during cutover, go-live, and hypercare • Ensure Hypercare exit criteria are met and transition to S2P Operations as BAU
