Job Description – • You will create & prepare standard information reporting • You will support in the VBA Queries Automation and enhancements • You will perform root cause analyses and define process improvement initiatives • You will liaise with different regions and businesses stakeholders • You will support relevant stakeholders with “ad hoc” information/report requests • You will support reporting improvement initiatives executed by relevant stakeholders • You will participate in & perform actions initiated by Business Governance Boards • You will create incidents on data tooling at IT & support solving them • You will perform user acceptance testing on new released data tooling by IT & support implementing this at relevant stakeholders • You will create & maintain work instructions & procedures • You will provide training for key users, if needed • Responsible for basic quality control and auditing tasks against incoming acquired data, the identification of data quality problems and providing path to resolution • Responsible for preparation of reports, presentations and analysis designed to communicate selected data to senior management Education Bachelor (Master preferred) Experience • Functional knowledge in defining and understanding Key performance indicators for enterprise. Should be able to ask right question to map leading and lagging process indicators • Minimum 4 years of experience with VBA & Excel skills to covert manual reporting into more efficient and sustainable. (Not mandatory but preferred) • Experience with MS SQL skills • Excellent professional communication in English • Knowledge on supply chain business process and SAP • Experience in data warehousing like SAP BI and data base tools like SQL is preferred
