Expertise in Data extraction, transformation and load (on Workday, SAP and flat files) and should have worked as a lead developer/senior developer/senior consultant in Data Migration projects. Involved in more than 2 end to end Data Migration Project using BODS and HANA, having hands on experience and involved in developing code from scratch and delivering. Knowledge of Workday, SAP HR, HCM process, XML would be good to have. Knowledge of Data Migration Projects involving Workday is good to have. At least part of 2 end to end implementation projects as implementation partner or as key stakeholder.

Duties and Responsibilities 1. Documentation of formal requirements and use cases, ensuring the business needs are properly captured and articulated. 2.
