Job Description:
1 Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SFSF implementation/Support engagements
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Manage and monitor tasks of SF Function team members
Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedure
In-charge on any HR function issues as well as coordinate with SAP on any product issues
Develop workbook/ function specification documents and the related documents in the project
Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Analyze business processes including root cause analysis
Implement industry and corporate processes across all related Human Capital applications (on premise and cloud)
Essential Skills:
At least 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors compensation module experience. A minimum of one SuccessFactors Compensation project implementation experience Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner Good at logical thinking and problem solving. Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM/SF functions are the good points. Active Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation module.
Work closely with client to consult and design C&B process: Fix compensation, variable compensation, bonus, benefit program
Work closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
The employee ensures that works meet the quality standards set internally and as agreed with clients.

Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects from inception to go-live.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing (CO-PC).
Develop functional specifications and technical documentation.

Position Summary
Minimum 5 years of experience working in SAP NetWeaver BPM/BRM
Experience in Design, Modelling, deploying, monitoring and Troubleshooting Composite Business Processes with SAP NetWeaver BPM/BRM
Experience in working with Process Composer, Process Server, and Process Desk Components.
Experience in working with Rules Composer, Rules Manager Components.
Experience in Monitoring and Managing BPM Systems, Processes and Tasks
Experience in working with Web Dynpro, Adobe Interactive Forms, BPMN, SLD, NWA, NWDS and NWDI.
Experience in integrating Services and Custom Business Logic into Processes – Services Composition and Consumption
Experience in integrating BRM into processes, configuring runtime communications.
Familiarity with Process and Task management API
