· Implement, design, build, and configure SAP SuccessFactors WFA solutions according to business requirements.
· Collaborate with client teams to assess business needs, delivering standard and custom solutions in WFA.
· Conduct both functional and technical testing across all SuccessFactors WFA modules.
· Implement Core Workforce and Mobility and develop standard/custom metric packs utilizing HANA systems.
· Oversee SAP project activities, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of current HRIS and WFA reporting systems, making recommendations for improvements.
· Prepare dashboards showcasing key WFA standard metrics reports.
· Provide critical WFA information to senior stakeholders to inform business decisions.

· Qualification: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.
· Mandatory Skills: 2-3 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules in WFA on HANA and WFA on SQL, including post-go-live support.
